Join fellow educators in Yosemite National Park for a week-long, place-based, interdisciplinary professional learning program that weaves together environmental justice, science, history, and Ethnic Studies. Experience hands-on learning in Yosemite Valley, including a stewardship project, as well as indoor time to process the learning and plan for classroom implementation.

This program, funded by the Library of Congress's Teaching with Primary Sources program, is for 3rd and 4th grade California teachers, with priority given to teachers in the region. 

Program Benefits:

  • $500 stipend upon completion of the program

  • Free Yosemite National Park entry and lodging at Yellow Pines Campground for registered participants
